4 weeks: 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15
Colored pencils are more than just a way to fill in a picture! In this fun, hands-on class, young artists will explore the many ways colored pencils can be used to create art.
Students will experiment with blending, layering, shading, texture, color mixing, and different drawing techniques while creating a variety of colorful projects. Along the way, they’ll discover how changing pressure, direction, and color can transform a simple drawing into something full of depth and personality.
No prior drawing experience is needed. This class is all about experimenting, building confidence, and discovering just how creative a box of colored pencils can be! Materials provided. Open to all skill levels.
