Senior Chair Fit Mix 02/26

This class is a fun, feel-good blend of light strength training, stretching, cardio, and stability work using balls, bands, and gliders. Exercises are performed seated or standing, making the class accessible and adaptable for a wide range of bodies and abilities. Clear guidance is provided throughout, with attention to proper form, breathing, and personalized exercise options so you can move in a way that feels right for you.
Regular participation may help build strength and balance, support injury prevention, boost energy levels, and enhance both mental and physical well-being. A supportive space to move, breathe, and feel stronger.
Winter Session 1: 3-weeks - class dates: 2/17, 2/24, 3/3
Ages: 18 and up
Cost: $30 pre-pay discount for one 3-week session. Drop-in for $12 per class.

Drop-ins available all session long, payable in the DCA office on the day of class. No pre-registration required for drop-ins. No refunds after start of class.
