Flipbook Animation Workshop
Monday, January 12, 2026 from 3:30-5pm
Ever wonder how cartoons move? In this one-hour workshop, young artists will explore the fundamentals of animation by designing and creating their own flipbooks. Using simple drawing techniques, students will learn about timing, motion, and visual storytelling — the same principles professional animators use!
Through step-by-step guidance and creative play, each participant will bring a short animation to life on paper and take home a flipbook they can proudly flip again and again. All materials provided.
