Altered Book Workshop - Mini Books and Pockets

Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 10am - 1pm

Using techniques such as collage, painting, drawing, folding, layering, and embellishment, transform an ordinary book into a mixed media work of art. Whether you create a visual journal, storytelling piece, sculptural artwork, or simply experiment with new techniques, this encourages creativity, imagination, and exploration. No prior experience is necessary.

$5 MEMBERS | $10 NON-MEMBERS (Acanthus and DCA)

Drop-in. All materials provided, but you are welcome to bring your own book and special ephemera.
