The Downriver Council for the Arts is a non-profit, 501(c)3 regional arts organization that represents, promotes and serves 21 Downriver communities in Southeast Michigan. Our mission is to enrich the quality of life in the Downriver communities by advocating and promoting the arts and providing opportunities for involvement and participation in arts and cultural activities. Funding for the DCA comes from grants, donations, membership, fundraising events, and gallery sales. Powered by Squarespace
