The Arts Center is an amazing space to rent for your event. We have a wide variety of rental spaces available for single events as well as for ongoing rentals on a weekly or monthly basis. RENTAL PROCESS AND TIMELINE
Request a space to rent: Complete the Rental Request Form. If you have questions and would like to schedule a walkthrough, please contact us.
Securing your date: If the venue is available, you will be sent an email outlining the hold of the requested date(s) and a quote for the space based on the Rental Request Form. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your date. The quote is a rough ballpark of the cost of the space and not a guarantee of costs. Please note that a hold is not confirmed until a Rental Request Form and deposit payment received.
Contract signing: The Rental Contracts may be remitted via email, mail, or signed in person.
Rental payment: Due by the execution of the Rental Contract is a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Payment can be made in the form of cash, credit card or check made out to the Downriver Council for the Arts. The remaining balance is due 7 days out from the event date.
Refund of Security Deposit: Following the completion of the event, you will be issued a refund of the security deposit, pending any conditions not met, within 30 days.
