DANCE IS COMING to the Downriver Council for the Arts!
Join us on 9/4 at the DCA any time between 4 and 6 pm to meet Ms. Lisa of Dance and Grow and to try a complementary sample class.
Thursdays 9/18-12/11 (no class 10/9 and 11/27)

Creative Dance, ages 3-5, Thursdays 3:45-4:30 pm
Dance for the developing child - this joyful class introduces the magical world of dance through imagination. Purposeful play to engage and enchant growing bodies, minds, and hearts! $145 + $15 annual registration fee
Ballet FUNdamentals, ages 6-8, Thursdays 4:30-5:20 pm
Young movers explore ballet positions, beginning leg and arm work,alignment, and terminology through imagination and purposeful play. A joyful, body-positive class that will positively delight! $155 per session + annual $15 registration fee

Lisa Dietz, Owner & Director
Lisa's love for dance and children is at the heart of Dance and Grow. She began dancing at the age of 3 and has been sharing her passion with her students for over 20 years. Teaching dance is her calling. She has taught dance in studios, daycares, preschools, nonprofit organizations, public schools, and community centers throughout Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, South Carolina, and Michigan. She infuses her classes with play and positivity, exploration and encouragement, love and laughter! She graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a BFA in Dance Education and has performed with People Dancing Company, Dance Nonce, Annex Dance Company, and Louisville Ballet among others. She continues her artistic endeavors choreographing and performing in the Detroit area. Lisa’s dance instruction is informed by her experience working as an early childhood classroom assistant in daycares, preschools, and Montessori programs. https://www.danceandgrow.com/
