Soul Yoga: A Journey Back to Yourself

Step into a serene and nurturing space where you’re invited to gently reconnect with your inner self. This Soul Yoga class is designed to cultivate self-trust and a sense of “coming home” to your true essence. Through gentle, mindful poses, slow transitions, and intentional breathwork, we’ll guide you to soften the out world’s noise and listen deeply to your heart.

Each movement is an act of self-love, encouraging you to release tension and embrace your body as it is. The practice focuses on grounding, soothing flows that honor your unique rhythm, creating space for reflection, acceptance, and a renewed sense of trust in yourself. 

Leave feeling calm, centered and empowered, with a deeper connection to your inner wisdom and the peaceful sanctuary within, No experience necessary- just come as you are, ready to breathe, move, and return to 'the essence of you.

Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket. Ages 14 and up.

Drop-in for $10 a class. Payable in the DCA office on the day of class.
