Cardio Drumming & Strength Training 09/25

COMBINING MUSIC, RHYTHM AND  MOVEMENT, DIANA WILL TAKE YOU THROUGH A FULL BODY WORKOUT!

Saturdays 12-12:50pm

Class dates: 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27

Build power, focus, and endurance while getting in a good cardio workout. All levels of fitness encouraged, with instructions for low and high impact levels.

Ages: 13 and up

Instructor: Diana Wourman

$28 Prepay for 4 weeks or $10.00 drop-in per class, payable in the DCA office. Bring your own equipment or rent bucket, ball and sticks for $3 per class.

Fine print:

It is your responsibility to stay home if you are sick. If you have a fever, stay home. If someone in your house is sick, stay home. If you have allergies and can’t control sneezing, and cough please stay home. If you have been exposed or if you show signs of Covid-19, please stay home.

Hand sanitizer is available for immediate use at the front entrance and entrance into each of our common areas. Please wash hands with soap and water for at least 30 seconds after touching metal surfaces, sneezing, coughing, blowing your nose or using the restroom. In the case of being diagnosed with Covid-19 or show symptoms, immediately notify the DCA by email at dc4arts@downriverarts.org.
