Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm

Suitable for all levels, this Hatha Yoga Flow will focus on linking  breath to movement, deep stretching, building core strength and improving balance and overall well being. Beginners and experienced students welcomed. Bring your own yoga mat. Taught by Marylin Chorkey. Drop-in for $10 a class or $35.00 for (4 classes). Payable in the DCA office.
